The
options guidelines give detailed guidance on each of the six FWAs offered by Our
Company: |

FlexTime
allows
employees to vary the start and end times of their standard work
day around stated core hours.
Compressed
Workweek enables
redistribution of a full-time schedule in fewer than five days
in one week or ten days in two weeks.
Part-Time employees
work at least 16 hours a week but less than full-time with
salary and benefits prorated.
Job
Sharing allows
two people to divide the tasks and responsibilities of one
full-time position, with the salary and benefits prorated.
Telecommuting
employees
work up to three days a week from home or another
off-site location.
Remote
Work
employees work
exclusively from a location outside the primary work site, such
as their home or other work site, with limited presence in a
